Lifelines & Legacies: A Celebration of National Teachers' Day

Join us for a special reading celebrating National Teachers' Day Featuring Dr. R. Nikolas Macioci and former students James Borders, Les Epstein and Sandra Feen.
Many of us were fortunate enough to have had at least one special teacher who "got us". They were a lifeline, igniting a fire of desire to learn and create. They provided the nurturing and unwavering support (oftentimes, in our most awkward, difficult, formative years). Dr. R. Nikolas Macioci (Nik) was such a teacher for the generations of English and theatre students he taught in Ohio from 1964-1995.
Nik's greatest influence was his High School English teacher, Paul Weise whom he credits as his inspiration for becoming a teacher.
Now, esteemed authors, colleagues & educators in their own right, Les, Sandra and James are a living legacy of Nik's brilliance as teacher, writer and collaborator.
